Daily Workout
Fortunately I was able to get outside and take a 45 minute walk after work. My muscles are pretty sore from two days of lifting so I decided to take it easy and bring Jillian Michaels on a stroll around the neighborhood. I started listening to “The Jillian Michaels Show” podcast and am really enjoying it thus far. She covers interesting fitness and health topics and has great guest speakers on as well.
The walk felt fantastic and my leg muscles definitely benefitted from the low-impact movement. Afterwards I made sure to stretch, stretch, stretch.
Tomorrow is spin class! Always a favorite. Till next time.
