Hello!!!
I am writing from North Carolina on the top of a mountain, enjoying life.
There’s not much to say except things are pretty good.
And I need to keep up with these photos of the day!
So here we go.
Thursday
Early afternoon we headed north for an extremely long and boring ride.
We stopped for the night just outside Atlanta.
In the hotel room I got my foam rolling on.
Oh boy it felt good.
Sitting for 6 hours makes your hamstrings mighty tight.
