Another day over. A three day weekend begins!
Why stare at your feet when you can look up to the sky? Like any earth-bound creature I wish I could fly. Soar above the rooftops like a bird. Boundless. Preferably headed to China.

Sometimes fishing for two is better than one. Before this picture was taken I swear I saw some whales jumping off the beach. Maybe they were just dolphins. Still spectacular. And blindingly bright in the Florida sun. Summer has definitely arrived.
Boston. Aged red brick and green copper roofs pierce the sky, asserting their authority. Cobblestone streets provide uneasy yet sturdy footing as you stroll the trail of history. A cool breeze blows through your clothes while the sun warms your skin. I cannot wait to return again.
Dusk is my favorite time of day. It is liminal. It is in between light and dark. Between day and night. And the sky glows in anticipation. But now it is definitely night. Time to lie between my covers and sleep. Time to glow.
This weekend I was in Boston with my family for my sister’s graduation from Boston College. I got home late last night (3am) so will recap my weekend later once I’ve had a good workout and sleep. We’re leaving early tomorrow morning for Taylor’s graduation from Boston College. My baby girl is all grown up. I’m stressing that I’ll be too hot or too cold and have no clothes. I’m sure I’ll bring too much. So is life. I’ll try to stay golden. Like Ponyboy.
