I found the most incredible website. Well, if you are a photo nerd like me you will agree that it is incredible.
Photo District News is a publication for photo professionals. Every day, the editors of PDN select an image or body of work to feature on their blog. These photographs range from editorial to documentary to landscape. The one featured today is absolutely MAGNIFICENT. I am unsure about copyright stuff when it comes to reposting pictures so I will not post the image itself.
But it is a picture of Namibia’s Dead Vlei by Frans Lanting that was recently featured in the June issue of National Geographic. It is a surreal image that looks like a painting with colors that are bright and bold. If you saw my senior project you know that I LOVE this stuff.

Another good website isThe Big Pictureon Boston.com which posts great images daily. To bad I HATE BOSTON since the Bruins just beat the Lightning in Game 7 of the Eastern semi-finals. I am so sad now :(. However, these bright colors do cheer me up… only a little!
