Tonight I went to a St. Pete Young Professionals mixer after work. It was a typical networking event full of food, drinks, and shmoozing. At least I got a good picture out of it.
Today was an active rest day so of course I ended walking a ton and even doing a relaxing yoga podcast at lunch. My sore calves needed it!. Walking also helped a lot too. I feel like on rest days I am much hungrier and end up eating more. Maybe because I have more time to eat? Hahaha. I don’t know. Anybody else have this problem?
Is today only Wednesday? It feels like a Friday. Booooo. Back to Pretty Little Liars!
