Day 130: A new PR

Another beautiful day. Too bad I was too exhausted all day to even enjoy it.

Of course I perked right up before spin class!

Daily Workout

Spin class was fantastic today. Afterwards I felt so good that I went to the weight room for a little lower-body lifting that I missed yesterday.

Good news… I PRed! I deadlifted 100lbs! It was my heaviest, but it was also not that hard. I could still do 10 reps. Honestly my hands and forearms took the biggest beating. What does this mean? I need to up the weight! So stoked!
