Kirsten Captures

There’s something about Florida summers. It storms like hell and you don’t know if you’ll ever see the sky again.

Then the sky opens and reveals the most beautiful sunset in the history of the world.

So unexpected that I find myself sprinting across the lawn, desperate to capture the beauty.

The hardest part is to put away the camera and sit and enjoy 🙂

Daily Workout

Thursday I finally got back to my favorite spin class! My favorite instructor was teaching which made me so excited. I think I was smiling the entire class! Sometimes I’m too wiped out at the end of the day to get into spin but not this time. There was energy to burn!

And I even had time to watch that sunset.

A perfect end to the day.
